Please complete a booking form if:

• you've received a letter from school about Uke Club and you'd like your child to take part, or

• you want to book an adult/child/family workshop or ukulele lessons.

 

 

If your child is a returning student, please go straight to the payment page. You don't need to complete the booking form again unless your details have changed.
